About Clear
Clear provides digital wellness and self-reflection tools, including the Clear app, Clear Mentor and digital guides. Clear is not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis or emergency care.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate information when registering. If you purchase access through Shopify, use the same email address used at checkout when creating your Clear account.
Subscriptions
Clear Premium is a recurring subscription at the price displayed at checkout. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel to prevent future renewals. Access after cancellation is handled according to the subscription status and billing period shown in your account.
Digital products
Digital guides and workbooks are supplied electronically. You may use purchased digital content for your personal use only and may not redistribute, resell or publicly share the files.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clear to abuse, harass, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or use the service for unlawful purposes.
No medical or emergency service
Clear is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you may be physically dependent on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous. Seek medical advice before making a significant change if you are concerned about withdrawal. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
